I get a little of both worlds

I just wanted to let every one know I’ve been working on some p90x workout x ideas, but nothing has been completed on my hybrid workout. The goal is to apply all the routines into shorter workouts and less amount of days. Right now I’m leaning toward 3 muscle workouts and one cardio workout a week. Each muscle workout will most likely be about 65% of the current workouts. I really need to cut back the time going forward. I still think this will be a pretty strong workout. It may be less intense then what I was doing, but this will cover everything. For example, on Chest and Back day there are 12 moves performed twice. Also, let’s not forget Ab Ripper p90x nutrition plan . My goal is to do about 15 moves instead of the 24 while mixing in the Ab workout between the muscle move.

This will go on for a total of 15 exercises. I will also be combining all the chest workout moves and back moves, so I get a little of both worlds. I also plan to switch it up every month, to open up some different exercises.

This is all new, but it may turn into something neat cheap p90x.
